11. Is it true that only wealthy people get declarations of nullity? Not true. The decision of the Tribunal is based on the merits of the case. The decision is not based on what one pays towards the expenses incurred in processing a petition for declaration of nullity. Every decision must be approved by a second, separate, and impartial Tribunal. back
